Diversity in Plants (US 8926) Not a current standard 2014


Read up on this topic on pages 238 to 269.

There are two parts to the assessment: 1) Understanding stomata and their role in transpiration and being able to relate this to the different environments (dry, damp) that plants live in.  2) Understanding the lifecycle of different plant groups (moss, ferns, gymnosperms, angiosperms) and how their gametes move to one another and how the next generation is dispersed away from the parent plant.
